Kingsville Deck & Fence provides residential deck and fence construction, installation, repair, and related outdoor living structure services in Kingsville, Texas and the surrounding region. Services include, but are not limited to, custom deck design and build, composite deck installation, wood deck construction, deck repair and replacement, fence installation, pergola installation, covered patio construction, and related services.
All services are subject to a written agreement or signed estimate prior to the start of any work. Kingsville Deck & Fence reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
All estimates provided by Kingsville Deck & Fence are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including a site visit, homeowner-provided measurements or descriptions, and current material pricing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted in writing.
An estimate is not a contract. Work begins only after the customer has reviewed, agreed to, and signed a written project agreement. Any changes to the scope of work after an agreement is signed may result in a revised estimate and additional charges. Change orders must be agreed to in writing before additional work is performed.
Material prices are subject to market conditions. If a significant change in material costs occurs between the date of the estimate and the start of construction, Kingsville Deck & Fence will notify the customer in writing and obtain approval before proceeding.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, permit processing timelines, and material lead times. Scheduled dates are estimates and are subject to change due to weather, permit delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project after signing an agreement, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or fabricated may be subject to restocking fees or material costs already incurred. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.
Kingsville Deck & Fence reserves the right to reschedule or postpone work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other factors outside of our control, without liability to the customer.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement for each job. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated clearly in the agreement.
Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work and completion of any required inspections. Accepted payment methods are specified in the project agreement.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee. Kingsville Deck & Fence reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment and to pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
Kingsville Deck & Fence will obtain any required building permits from the applicable local authority on behalf of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property complies with any applicable homeowner association rules or deed restrictions. Kingsville Deck & Fence is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from homeowner association requirements not disclosed prior to project start.
Kingsville Deck & Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be stated in the written project agreement.
Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from any workmanship warranty offered by Kingsville Deck & Fence. We will assist customers in understanding and pursuing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kingsville Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website, your reliance on any content on this website, or any services provided by Kingsville Deck & Fence.
Kingsville Deck & Fence's total liability to any customer for claims arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kleberg County,TX, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to another process. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kleberg County, Texas.
